We do not currently offer delivery to other countries.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Saudi Arabia

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service. Customers will receive tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is currently available for eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

The applicable delivery charge, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed through our fulfilment and logistics partners.

Orders may be dispatched as soon as they have been processed and confirmed by our fulfilment partner.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to the customer where available.

Cash on Delivery

Clevora may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

When your order arrives, payment must be made directly to the delivery driver.

Please ensure that the correct order amount is available when delivery is attempted.
